I've now reached my 45th Birthday so its about time to do something special. So I'm going to run / crawl / wheeze and limp the London Marathon and you can help. 

From my teenage years I've had asthma - running's made a world of difference to my condition - but can I do do 26 miles? Of course I can, with you behind me. You can do this by donating to Shelter who do wonderful, vital work to help find places for the homeless.
