I'm raising money for CPC Kent again.  You may remember that I ran the Ely New Year's Eve 10k in 2007 and raised nearly £2000 for them.  This time I'm running closer to home in the Ashford Givaudan 10K on 10 October 2009 and hope to raise at least £500.

CPC is an organisation that was setup many years ago to provide both special need services and educational support to people of all ages who suffer from a wide range of disabilities.  CPC Kent receives no local authority or government funding so relies entirely on the good nature of its supporters to raise the £1,500 per day we need to operate.  You can learn more about their work at www.cpckent.org
