On Monday 27th May Aran and Gill are abseiling 100 metres down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.

We're raising money for a small charity celebrating 25 years of charity status.  It was formed by a close friend of ours who has been awarded an MBE in recognition of his hard work for the charity.

The charity helps adults and children suffering from all forms of Myositis, a disease which can be very painful and disabling.  The charity does not recieve any government funding and relies on donations and fundraising such as this.

Any money that you could donate would be very much appreciated by Aran, Gill and the Myositis charity.
