I have made it. I am home. Time approximately 2hrs 40mins. Really happy with that. 13.8miles with 595meters of elevation overall. Thanks for all your support, sponsorships & kind messages. Bath & a nap now for me.... and then a beer ;) Thank you

Im running to raise money for Cancer Research Wales on behalf of Family & Friends, some who have suffered & survived & others who are no longer with us. 

Half Marathon = 13.1 mile / 21 km on trails, single tracks, forest roads & paths at Coed y Brenin forest, June 23rd 2012.
