Hi All,
I'll be running the London marathon (now deferred to 2013) supporting the work of the Greater London Fund for the Blind. There are more than 39,000 blind and visually imparied people living in London for whom GLFB provides vital support. GLFB helps to improve people's everyday quality of life. This includes support for maintaining people's independence, overcoming loneliness and providing transport. In addition GLFB organise recreation opportunities such as art galleries, sports (such as blind football), and music workshops.
The marathon is 26 miles, 385 yards, and my target to raise for GLFB is £2,500. All donations will be gratefully received and will aid a very good cause. Please donate generously!
Many thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
