Inn Shaa Allah I will be going again to Bangladesh in September to support Muslim Charity Children of the World Campaign

There is over 500,000 currently on the streets of Dhaka who face a life of trafficking, forced labour, verbal, physical and sexual abuse. 

Our charity has been working on the street children project for over 6 years and to date we have rescued over 6000 children all thanks to the support our donors and staff on the ground in Dhaka. 

It costs only £25 to rescue a child from the evils of the streets, but please donate what ever is in your means. Every donation will change the lives of these vulnerable children. 

What happens  after they are rescued?

Once they are rescued  from the streets they are taken to our shelter, where they are looked after. The outreach workers will assess and speak to the children to find why they were on the streets etc. If they have family and it is safe to do so then we will look to reintegrate them but if they do not have any family or it is not safe then they will be referred to a permanent orphanage.
