To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Bradford City Fire an appeal has been launched to raise £100,000 for the Bradford Burns unit set up in the wake of the disaster.

My friend Iain is cycling the Coast to Coast route from Workington to Tynemouth over the May Bank Holiday weekend, and has kindly agreed to donate any money raised to the Burns Unit appeal.

The Coast to Coast is a 147 mile long route covering the northern Lake District and Pennines, with some pretty serious hills in the middle section so it's sure to be a real challenge!
