On Sunday 11th October a team from Birmingham Community Foundation (BCF) will be joining thousands of other runners taking part in the EDF Energy Birmingham Half Marathon to raise funds for local disadvantaged communities including: nurseries for Down Syndrome children, orchestras, exercise classes for the elderly, reading classes for stroke sufferers and youth sports clubs including football and fishing... the list is endless...
...and what's more, the Birmingham Community Foundation can double your donation via the Grassroots Endowment Challenge e.g. for every £100 raised we will recieve £256 (with Gift Aid)... for every £200 raised we will receive £512 (with Gift Aid).
