On Sunday 22nd May 2016, Team Alex will be taking part in the Great Manchester Run in aid of Cash for Kids, a Manchester based charity who lend a helping hand to disabled and disadvantaged children aged 0 to 18 years.

We are from BMI The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle. Some of us are keener runners than others (!) and we are all looking forward to a personal challenge as well as 'Beating The Boss,' Simon! We are pledging to raise £1000, so please dig deep and help us achieve our goal in the name of a great cause!

All the money Team Alex raise for Cash for Kids will be spent locally, going to children and young people under 18 throughout the region who may have mental, physical or sensory disabilities, along with behavioural or psychological disorders. These children also may be living in poverty or situations of deprivation, suffering through distress, abuse or neglect.
