Light up a life is a very special time here at Birmingham St Mary's Hospice. Every year since 1998 we have had a special tree of lights, each one dedicated to a person lovingly remembered at this festive time.

People sponsor a light on the tree and donate a gift to the Hospice. Each person remembered is recorded in the Book of Remembrance which can be see at the Ceremony at the Hospice on Thursday 13th December (7.15pm). The Book is also available at the Hospice Reception throughout the year and can be seen on request. When you make a donation please include the name of the loved one you are remembering in the comments box to ensure that they can be entered into the Book. To enable us to send you a card acknowledging that a light will be shining for the people in your thoughts right through to Twelfth Night 2008, please supply your full postal address.

Donating through justgiving is simple, quick and secure. Also, if you are a UK tax payer, an extra 28% can be added to your gift at no extra cost to you.
