Mum loved to dance.  She was an excellent Scottish dancer, and took modern dance with me in Malvern.  More recently she danced with Stratford Renaissance and other early dance groups in the Midlands.  She was also a teacher (in Bristol, Christchurch and Malvern), and a fundraiser for a number of charities, most recently Action For Children (formerly the National Children's Home).
In honor and in memory of Mum, you may donate to Dance United, a London-based charity that uses formal contemporary dance training to reach at risk young people in the UK and in Africa.  You can view Dance United's Website and read about their programs and performances at:

Dance United represents so many things that Mum was passionate about.  We think that it is a fitting way to remember her.
