My story

Hello there, we are seven members of Team Bear-Patrol and we are raising money for The Sussex Beacon by running the Brighton Half Marathon in February 2012, Please dig deep as The Sussex Beacon running costs are £3000 a day and much funding is needed to keep it running smoothly.

We are, Mark Flood, Darren Thomas, Phil Hogan, Danny Dwyer, James Mulraine, Linus Pell & Ian Chaplin.

The Sussex Beacon is a clinical care centre (One of only two in England) for men and women living with HIV/AIDS that offers support and care to those living with the illness and information and advice to their families. The Sussex Beacon has to raise over 40% of it's income through fundraising and it costs approximately £1.3 million per year to maintain current service levels.
