Dear Friends,

In aid of the Great Ormond Street Hospital I am running a fundraising spinathon. This is all to support a friend of mine, Chris West (whose granddaughter used to be one of GOSH's patients), in his Charles Dickens Charity Event http://m.charlesdickenslondon.net/DICKENS-DAY-FOR-GOSH-Nov-25th.html.

Imagine you are 5 years old and going into hospital tomorrow. It's bewildering, scary and unsettling for anyone going into hospital not to mention a child.

Hope you could support me in raising money for this great hospital, where some unlucky children spend most of their lives instead of enjoying a playground! Bless my lovely friend Dominika, who works with those kids, creatively trying to make their days brighter especially that sometimes they are not even allowed to get out of the hospital's walls for months.

Whether it is £5 to fund some crayons and colouring books whilst waiting for test results, or £50, 000 ;) for a lifesaving machine that operates as a mechanical heart. These money will also help support research into, and the development of, breakthrough treatments and provide accommodation and other support services for children and their families.
