Dear Lovely friends,

 

I am about to embark on a run around London for charity. I would appreciate whatever support you are able to offer - A cup of tea on the way round perhaps to keep me going!! No but seriously if you are able to offer somink that would be greatly appreciated from the Charity and will make my pain worth every ache. Every bit will be well spent helping a good cause. It will make you happy to know you have supported me and done something good.
