I have decided to raise money for the ME Association by being a complete muddy nutter with my Best mate for a day! We are doing something called the Nuts Challenge, which is basically a very long, muddy and difficult obsacle course! I'm very unfit and this is going to be a major challenge for me!

I want to raise awareness and show support to the people who are trying to create a better tomorrow for the people who have to live with ME on a daily basis. As well as show how much I care for the people in my life who have to deal with this awful illness daily. I hope I do you proud
