As many of you know my family is living with Cancer. 

Since mums diagnosis in April, we have drastically changed our diet as a family as there are proven links between certain foods and carcogenic substances. We sought the help of a qualified nutritionist who suggested an organic and mainly vegetarian diet. 

Now this sounds like an easy switch but it wasn't! I work in a pub and fast food is a norm. Also Christmas has just happened so y'know...so much meat 😍.

So this is why I am doing Veganuary. Not only will it benefit me post Christmas but I want to raise awareness of how some food choices can drastically affect your health. I will try to post regular articles to inform you guys of what you can do! 

So yeah. I will miss chicken. And fish. And pizza... 

Damn this will be hard!!!
