Hey! Welcome to my page!!

The first photo on my page was taking at the end of May 2009 - the week that I realised I needed to do something to lose weight and get fit. So as a result... I started running in (about) June/July 2009... I completed my first race on 1st November 2009 (which was a 10km, completed in gale force winds and driving rain!) and then my friends have set me a further challenge of completing a half marathon... so here I am!

I have worked hard and have so far lost a whopping 2stone 8.5lbs... but its not all about me!! Through this running, I have so far raised some money for Chase Hospice (a hospice for children) and now have decided to support the research into Breast Cancer.

If you want to donate some money, feel free to do it through this website because for one matter it saves me chasing people but secondly, this method is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Spread the word, tell your friends that I am doing it.. its a great great cause and if I can get out of bed early to run 13.1miles, then I am sure you can reach into your pocket, get out your wallet and type in your details to help this great charity fight Breast Cancer.
