Hi all. Im undertaking the Great North Run on the 20/09/09 and would very much appreciate your sponsorship. I'v been training for the last 2-3 months and have even managed to give up the tabs for the cause!  This page will be open for 3 months after the event so if you didnt receive an email untill after the run, please dont let it stop you contributing to a good  cause.  Thanks to everyone who has already sponsored me offline.  Hope everyone is well, all the very best Ben.
