This summer I will be cycling solo right across Canada. Starting from the western coast of Vancouver Island, then over the mighty Rocky Mountains, through the endless Prairies, into Ontario and the Great Lakes, and then up the St Lawrence River and on through the Maritimes, only stopping when the tarmac finally runs out in Newfoundland, about 5,000 miles later.

With your help, my target is to raise at least £1 for every mile I cycle for the wonderful SOS Children's Villages charity. Anything you can give will help them provide love, safety and a brighter future for very vulnerable children all over the world.
