Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As the more observant of you may detect, the body beautiful is beginning to show signs of early stage maturity beneath the Lycra.

The invitation to join the Dallaglio Cycle Slam came not a moment too soon.

During the 2010 Six Nations Rugby Tournament (Feb/March), Rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio will be cycling the 2,800 kilometers from Rome to Murrayfield, taking in Paris, Twickenham, Cardiff and Dublin raising funds for Sport Relief and the recently established Dallglio Foundation (sharing funds between DebRa, Help For Heroes, Leukemia Research and the PRA Benevolent Fuund - more information on each can be found by websearching their title).

Due to pressure of time I will be joining the last leg of the journey - but worry not, it's still going to hurt - starting in Rosslare in the ROI on Sunday 7th March and arriving 360 gruelling, cold and windy miles later in Edinburgh in time for the Calcutta Cup the following Saturday.

I would be extremely grateful for any donations small or large (large preferred but small gratefully received) to spur me on up those hills and give you a warm giving glow.

The hard training is well underway, but there are still several mountains to climb! Two other retired sporting legends now current sports pundits from the world of football and cricket will also be joining in, so there will be plenty of media interest as the time approaches, to allow you to keep tabs on your investment. I may well update the photo library as images get more flattering!
