ACTSA was established as the successor organisation to the Anti-Apartheid Movement at the call of Nelson Mandela and others, to campaign for development, democracy and rights for the people of the region. ACTSA works on issues including gender equality, democracy, and rights for the people of Zimbabwe and Swaziland, and fighting the terrible impact of HIV/AIDS.
It's a great organsation that makes a real difference and one which I'm proud to have been a member of for many years.
So please support development and democracy for southern Africa by sponsoring me to run hard and complete 26.2 miles this April. It will only take you a few seconds, and you'll be giving to a great cause.
Thanks for visting and give us what you can,

I've just handed over a big, fat cheque to ACTSA - thanks to everyone for your generous donations to a cracking organisation!
Thanks for giving everyone! Made the distance on four hours - cheers!
Last few miles gentle training tonight before the big one on Sunday - half fear and half pure excitement! The sponsorship total is looking good!

Action for Southern Africa (ACTSA) campaigns with the people of Southern Africa as they strive to build a better future. Working for peace, democracy and development across the region, ACTSA is the successor organisation to the Anti-apartheid movement.
Should be a walk in the park for a man of your talent!
