Story

Yes Ladies and Gents I have committed myself to run in the Bristol 10k to support Love Running and the charities they are raising for.

These are :

Stop the Traffik  - A charity working against the slave trade

World Vision in Zimbabwe

Bristol Noise - Urban regeneration programme

St. Peters Hospice

Bristol Crisis Centre - supporting the homeless in Bristol.

Those of you who know me will know I am not a runner. In fact I am almost the furthest thing from a runner. However I believe these charities are worth supporting and if getting my sweaty, unfit carcass round 10k of road will help just one person then its all worthwhile :)

(I'd prefer to do it on a bike. Next time I think Woodies Bikers should go :D)

Please give.
