Hiya guys,

Im running the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 18th and raising money for SOS Africa. SOS Africa is a non-profit organisation, which funds the education and care of underprivileged children from the townships of South Africa.  It is such a privilege to raise money for such a worthy cause.
