Hello and Welcome!

I am running the Birmingham Half Marathon on October 11th in aid of the PBC Foundation.

Primary Biliary Cirrhosis is a disease of the liver which can have an extremely debilitating effect on a sufferer's lifestyle. Having seen firsthand with my nan the effects of the condition, I thought I'd try and raise some money for the Foundation as, as is far too common with many of these diseases, there is nowhere near enough funding for investigative work to try and find a cure, or at least some form of relief for sufferers.

If everyone could give just £1 it would help towards the research work of the condition and help the PBC foundation carry on their good work supporting sufferers and their families.

It's got to be worth some dollar to see me attempt a 13 mile run - normally the only part of me that runs is my nose!
