Hello,

On the 12th November I will fly to Cambodia as part of the ICT fundraising team. We will be cycling on average 60 miles a day for 7 days in an average  temperature of 30 degrees.

I am not a cyclist, and my training for this will start mid May after a 2 week break from the London Marathon. I suspect this will hurt just as much as the marathon training! BUT - I do have a big target to reach so please give all you can as this is going to make a real difference to deprived children’s lives.

International Childcare Trust is a fantastic small charity which makes a big difference to some of the poorest and hardest to reach children in the UK and developing countries. Through its local partners it gives children shelter, healthcare, education, training & hope for the future – their work could not be any more important or worthwhile (see my photos of children who ICT has helped in Cambodia, one of the poorest countries in Asia.)

£20 would provide basic health care for 30 children

£50 would provide vocational training for 6 children

ICT supports only sustainable projects which create a lasting difference to disadvantaged children’s lives & it has low costs but a big impact.

Children in these areas desperately need your support

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst cutting costs for the charity.

So please, please dig deep and donate now!!!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, and I  truly do appreciate any donation you can make.

Once again, many thanks.

Beverley.
