Hi, I am going to take part in the Lunar Walk on Sat 5th Sep 09.  Not only will I be walking because it is great exercise and great fun, but I will also be trying to raise valuable funds for the Friends of Forest Holme Charity.

Forest Holme is part of the Poole Hospital Cancer Unit which enhances the care and support of patients and their families.  Please take a few minutes to make a donation to this worthy cause in support of the Hospice and of course because I am going to be walking 12k!!!!!!  Many thanks for your co-operation.
