Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The plan is to cycle 147 miles from Whitehaven to Sunderland along the Sea to Sea (C2C) route with friends, Clare, Ali and Jenny. Then after a few days rest to take part in a Fun (their words not mine!) Triathlon in Stratford. 

Attemping both within the week is not down to a new love of endurance sports but rather some really really bad planning on my part!

I would like to support a local charity based in Stratford Upon Avon, ILEAP.
