ILEAP provides disabled young people and adults with a learning disability living in South Warwickshire opportunities to take part in inclusive leisure activities within their communities. Our Youth Workers, Support Friends and Volunteers assist our members so that they can have fun with their friends in a safe and positive environment.

My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The plan is to cycle 147 miles from Whitehaven to Sunderland along the Sea to Sea (C2C) route with friends, Clare, Ali and Jenny. Then after a few days rest to take part in a Fun (their words not mine!) Triathlon in Stratford.

Attemping both within the week is not down to a new love of endurance sports but rather some really really bad planning on my part!

I would like to support a local charity based in Stratford Upon Avon, ILEAP.

ILEAP give children with special needs in South Warwickshire the opportunity to enjoy a range of leisure activities promoting independence, friendship and fun. If you would like to find out more about their work please go to www.ileap.co.uk
