<div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 13px; background-color: #ffffff;">Myself and Marty Flett are cycling 500 mile from CLAN Kirkwall to CLAN Aberdeen and back again. We leave CLAN Kirkwall at 2.30pm on Friday 18th May heading for the Hamnavoe in Stromness. Northlink have kindly given use their support vehicle & driver free return passage on the ship.</div>

<div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 13px; background-color: #ffffff;">We will cycle down on Friday night and Saturday arriving at CLAN Aberdeen at lunchtime on Sunday. We will spend the night at CLAN, leavng early on Monday morning and catching the 7pm ferry back to Orkney on Tuesday evening. We expect to be back at CLAN Kirkwall around 9.30-10pm on Tuesday night.</div>

<div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 13px; background-color: #ffffff;">To support us, there will be a group in Aberdeen cycling on static bikes 250 miles and Alex from Cycle Orkney will be organising the same here in Kirkwall - if you want to cycle a few miles on the static bikes on sunday 20th May, please contact Alex at Cycle Orkney. </div>
