Knowing your child has a limited life must be the greatest challenge any of us could imagine. The Rainbows Hospice for children offers respite stays as well as end of life care for children and young people as well as their parents. It's a happy and caring place. Less than 10% of their necessary funding comes from the government and so support from local business is vital.
Buttercups Training Ltd is supporting Rainbows Hospice as our chosen charity and our first opportunity to raise funds is in the Dragon Boat Challenge at the Nottingham Riverside Festival 2010.
On August 8th there is a day of fun, music and entertainment for all the family arranged on the Victoria Embankment and Buttercups Training will be there represented by a team of dedicated and enthusiastic paddlers with the sole aim of completing the Challenge and raising as much money as possible for Rainbows.
Your donations, however big or small, will enable the Rainbows Hospice to contine providing essential care and support to sick children and their families.
