Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Pat and I will be riding to Modena in Italy and back to raise money and awareness for CALM (www.theCALMzone.net) because they do amazing work in the support of young men all over the UK who are deeply depressed, stressed and in need of a friendly, impartial ear.

The ride will take two weeks and will be hard going, but it will commemorate close friends that have been lost who were close to Pat, most of whom were young men who may still be here had it been for the involvement of an organisation like CALM.

We will be organising other events in support of the big one next Summer, but all donations will help reach the thousands of young men who otherwise would go unnoticed until it was too late.
