Put your bravery to the test by signing up to walk 3 metres over broken glass for Kids Company in Mitre House! It’s real, it’s sharp – and it’s totally painless…so we’ve heard!
How do I get involved?
Email Rob Powell or Scarlett West to sign up! Rob and Scarlett will also do their best to answer any questions you have about the event.
It costs each individual £20 to register, and we ask that everyone participating raise a further £50. All of this will go straight to Kids Company.
Who is taking part?
Melanie Beskin, our famed CSR Manager, will be first on the glass – stepping up to the challenge on what will be her last CSR event for the firm. Following that, we hope to have a minimum of 50 glass walkers from across the firm taking on the challenge! This event is open to everyone brave enough to take it on!
Can we watch?
Yes! Our participants will need all of the cheering you can muster – so whether with glee or with horror, please come along for a drink at 6pm and give your support to anyone you know taking part! We will also be raising a glass (or a piece at least) to all Mel Beskin has achieved during her time at the firm, so do come along to say your goodbyes.
What will the money raised be used for?
It’s truly awful just how many children have no Christmas at all. All money raised from this event will go to Kids Company’s Christmas party, giving a bit of sparkle to those who might not otherwise get a Christmas this winter.
