Thank you for supporting my madness - amazing what you'll agree to for a challenge and a good cause.  Especially when this sport is dangerous (as recent accidents confirm)! However, I have a secret weapon - Muller Rice is surprisingly nice and will keep me going all the way to Paris.

Caravan is a fantastic charity supporting people who have worked in the Grocery industry and who have now fallen on tough times.   Every penny we raise will help someone lead a better life than they can today.
