Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Wednesday 24 June I did the St Bega's Walk. The 36 mile route runs from St Bees Bay on the Cumbria coast to St Bega's Church on Bassenthwaite. The walk goes through some of the most picturesque scenery in the Lake District. It normal takes three days but I wanted to walk it all in one go to celebrate the 25th anniversary of my ordination. So having set off at 5am, I arrived at St Bega's Church at 8pm as pictured above, hot, tired and exhausted. The family were there to welcome me with a brand new bottle of Islay malt!
If you would like to join me in celebrating my anniversary, please make a small donation to this worthwhile charity. Thank you.
