CandoCo is Britain's leading integrated Dance Company working professionally with able bodied and disabled dancers. After 6 years of being on the Board I am about to step down as a Director and would be delighted to raise as much money as possible to support its work. Please help me do so by giving generously to this worthy cause.

I have been training wrecklessly for the London 10km Run which takes place on Sunday 12th July.
