On August 11th 2010, Caroline and Kerrie will be trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for Kichijo, a home for orphaned and abandoned children of all ages, located in Moshi (a town in the foothills of Kilimanjaro). Kili is the tallest mountain in Africa and the world's highest free-standing mountain at 19,340 feet. We are asking you to please support us on this expedition and give what you can to the kids that really need your help. Having researched the area that we will be visiting, we were moved by the work of individuals who had set up and run orphanages for the local area. We feel that we want to help the community that we will be visiting, assisting in the provision of shelter, food and education for these children.
