''In just under a week I'll be taking part in the London Asics 10km race in Hyde Park. I say race, but actually I'll be quite pleased to just finish as running is never anywhere near the top of my 'to do'' list.
I have been training though and am motivated to finish as I am running to raise money for the Childen's Heart Federation, and would like your support.
In July last year year Will had his heart operation and thankfully now lives a normal life. Sadly some heart children are in and out of hospital their whole lives and their families really do need the support of the Children's Heart Federation.
