On Christmas Day, at 11am, when most of us will be tucking in to that first glass of wine, the brave Caroline Sampford will be taking part in the very cold Exmouth Christmas Day swim! Caroline is the Centre Manager of Brendoncare Woodhayes.
Brendoncare is a registered charity, with 10 care centres across the south, each with its own distinctive personality. Brendoncare Woodhayes provides residential and nursing care for 27 people, and its aim is to enable older people to live independent, happy and fulfilling lives. Brendoncare prides itself on delivering the highest standards of care and Brendoncare Woodhayes has received a 3* 'Excellent' rating from the Care Quality Commission.
Brendoncare also run 70 friendship and wellbeing clubs (Brendoncare Clubs) providing fun, friendship and support for older people in Hampshire, Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole - a community service dedicated to enriching the quality of life of older people.
