PLEASE HELP ME RAISE SOME MONEY FOR THE NATIONAL OSTEOPOROSIS SOCIETY.  IT'S MISSION IS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES, TREATMENT AND CARE OF PEOPLE WITH OSTEOPOROSIS AND TO MAXIMISE PREVENTION FOR THOSE AT RISK.  MY MUM SUFFERED TERRIBLY WITH THIS AND I MYSELF AS OSTEOPENIC ALONG WITH SOME MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY.  I HAVEN'T BEEN RUNNING FOR VERY LONG AND HAVE BEEN TRAINING VERY HARD FOR THIS EVENT.  PLEASE PLEASE GIVE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.
