Our story so far...
Last year in the fall of Easter, four amateur cyclists set out on a memorable voyage across the plains of England, France, Belgium and Holland. Snow was shoved aside off helmets; broken bikes were mended with tape and metal glue; angry French motorists were greeted with polite waves; wrong turns were met by right turns. With utmost determination to sail through the 500 miles to their Amsterdam destination, ‘Cedi Cycles’ completed their debut ride and raised over £1200 for charity.

Now the four Coventry-born cyclists are back. With the likes of Lance Armstrong falling from grace, the world looks for new heroes to conquer the roads and horizons. Cedi Cycles feel as betrayed as the rest of you - can these four young students bring grace back to the saddle? Can they conquer the European’ roads once more? Ultimately, can they break down the Iron Curtain whilst encouraging you to help thousands of sick people? Yes, in the highly-anticipated follow up to motion-picture ‘Cedi Cycles: Bike Hard, Play Hard’, comes the new sequel: ‘Cedi Cycles: The Iron Curtain’. This time the roads are now longer. The destinations further from home. The cities more alien. The quest more epic. The peddles more securely fastened.

 As the summer month of July beats down on Krakow, Cedi Cycles will again set off on a mammoth journey that this time looks to pilgrimage along the Iron Curtain that divided Europe on two fronts until 1991. Now the curtain is broken down, the sunlight let in and four English lads set to sail through the countries once divided. The 850-mile journey will see Cedi Cycles snake through the lands of Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic and Germany, before finally reaching the German capital for a hard-earned beer at the site of the Berlin wall itself.

 Again, this is all in the aid of charity; as tyres burn through destinations such as Krakow, Bratislava, Vienna, Auschwitz, Prague and Berlin, Cedi Cycles can rest-assured that all their hard-work, with your help, could culminate in the aid of thousands of people for the British Heart Foundation charity. By supporting a journey that brings back the nostalgia of dark times past, you can help cast a positive light for those in the U.K suffering from heart diseases.

With the kind aid of everyone last time, there are now hundreds more people in remote African communities with cycle transport.
