On the 7th September 6 of us from Chapelfield Vets are taking part in the Coniston Challenge.

This involves 3 components:

10K hike up Coniston Old Man

12K moutain bike through Grizedale Forest - with a LOT more hills than we are used to in Norfolk!

2 mile Kayak on Coniston Water
