In true Charissa style I have left this to the last minute (mainly because I was worried I wouldn't get around 10k) but I have decided I will run this weekend's Manchester 10k  and raise some money for Brainstrust. The charity is important to a friend who is very close to my family and who has been braver than I could ever be and continues to be one of the most courageous people I know.
