On 20th Sept 2009 I am running a 10k run as part of the Yellow Umbrella day in Chiswick, West London. All the money I raise will be spilt between three local charities: The Log Cabin, The Shooting Star Children's Hospice and The Kids' Cookery School. All the charities aim to improve the condititions of local children through providing exciting and stimulating play opportunities for children with special needs or disabilities, providing care, support and advice for children and young people with life limiting conditions and helping children make healthy lifestyle choices. I am sure you will agree 3 very worthwhile causes!
