Story

As many of you aware, I am the proud mummy of Dylan Rylee, the most adorable boy with the most infectious smile and personality that melts hearts.

At the age of 2 Dylan was diagnosed with autism. This was the moment I as Dylan's mum decided to grasp this with both hands and turn what most people would see as a negative into a positive and embrace it. Having a diagnosis of autism has helped me to understand my son and make the most of his unique and gifted talents and learn to adapt to his way of thinking, making connections and to accomplish simple things we take for granted in our children.

Dylan has the most beautiful personality, infectious laugh and brings happiness to all that ever have the pleasure to meet him and I am doing this run to raise awareness of autism.

Autism is is only a barrier if you let it be...

Autism is a lifelong development disability that affects a persons communication with, and relates to, others and the world around them.

Autism is a spectrum condition, therefore many traits are shared, however many vary also.

Around 1 in 100 people today are diagnosed with autism, yet there is still no clear reason as to what causes autism.

By donating your money, you will be helping the development and research to help people who have autism and their families, and spread awareness. In doing this we can show how colourful an autistic world is and how fascinating it can be :)

Thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about this fantastic cause and please please please...give generously <3
