Well I done it! And so did you! Together we managed to raise my target amount of £500 for the SSPCA. As I promised, I ran as fast as I could and managed to complete the 10K in just 55 minutes and 10 seconds. Thank you so much for all your support. If you still wish to donate to the charity then time has not run out - just sponsor me as normal and all funds will go directly to the SSPCA.

Hello my lovely friends and family...
This year I am running the 10K in loving loving memory of my beautiful perfect little soul mate Candice Trutwin, you may remember her as Candy or The Puff. As you are all very aware I loved that wee Puff more than anything else in my life and miss her so so much. Running the 10K for the SSPCA is making me a feel a little bit better because i'm doing something for the animals and I just love animals.
I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible for the SSPCA as they rely entirely on donations from the public. They are not funded by the government and provide a fantastic service and help so many little animals every year.
I know it's a tight time for everyone with the recession etc but please donate whatever you are comfortable with, it will be so so much appreciated and i'll make sure I get the best time I can on the 6th of Sept at The Great Scottish Run.
Feel free to come and cheer me along or laugh at me panting like a little puff when i'm nearing the finish line!
