Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As some of you may know, I have suffered from ME for many years now and it has had a huge impact on my life and the lives of many other sufferers. In the UK alone, there are 250,000 ME sufferers (1million in the US) with 25% unable to get out of bed. 

Blue Sunday was started by Anna Jones in 2013 and has been adopted by the ME Association. The idea is that this is a low-energy way for ME sufferers to raise money (rather than a sports event which none of us would be able to do!) 

The ME Association is a UK based charity that provide support and information to ME sufferers and their families. 

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
