As I am approaching a milestone birthday next month I deceided not to mark the occasion with the usual party, but to leap out of a plane instead, and as I'm terrified of both heights as well as water, I am wondering whether this was one of my better ideas. However, I am going to be doing a tandem skydive on October 1st. in aid of Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund uk, in memory of a dear friend and colleague, Carol, who was taken from us far too early. Although this is a small sacrifice I am making it is a huge personal challenge, so I would really appreciate your support however big or small.
