We provide a helpline, and webchat service to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

I will be running the Liverpool Marathon on June 14 for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)

Suicide is the single biggest killer of men aged 20-45 in the UK. Sadly, I lost my uncle 18 months ago so I wanted to not only raise money for a fantastic charity but help to raise awareness around mental health and depression and try and kick the shit stigma that still surrounds it today.

Please donate generously to help me reach my target and if you’re having a shit time, talk to someone. It really does help!

Cheers

Chris
