Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking the plunge again this year taking part in the Cross Mersey Swim to raise money for Advocacy in Wirral's physical exercise program (APEx). An excellent event and I really want to beat last years target.

The event will be taking place on Aug 20th, start at the Echo Arena in the hope of landing on the boat ramp on the other side clocking just over a 1 mile swim provided I don't miss and end up in Leasowe.

I hope people will support me it all goes to a good cause.
