As a few of you may remeber, OCD Action is a charity I had the good fortune to work for a couple of years ago so have personally seen the ernourmous difference they make to people.

Obsessive compulsive disorder is proabbly still one of the most misunderstood and misrepresented conditions today and without knowing someone who is affected it may be difficult at first for people to understand exactly why and how it can completely ruin the lives of those affected and their families.

However effective treatment is available and this is an amazing charity that helps all age groups and in fact people from all over the world.

It's the 21st century and this charity is one of many working hard to finally get rid of the frankly ridiculous stigma and prejudices that still surround mental health...... and I will be running heart out for them round the Olympic park on the 10th of May!
