In February I will be running the Brighton Half Marathon in aid of Blind Veterans UK and in memory of my best friend of 16 years, Dan Prior, who we lost back in 2011. Dan sadly lost his life whilst serving in the parachute regiment and this will not be the first time I have ran an event in his memory (who was my running buddy for many years) but it is the first time I will be raising money for a charity that supports our ex-service men and women.
